Hey everyone. I recently excepted a safety position with a software dev. company. The workforce is largely hybrid/remote. I’m having a hard time finding items to address. I’ve been given the opportunity to shape the role but can’t seem to bring value in a way that was easily seen in higher risk professions such as construction.
