I know only limited contract or an unlimited contract. What is this temporary employment contract? Can someone help me?

Does anyone know if i transfer my H1 to a non profit company, will it change my visa type? Is there such a thing as non profit H1 that will restrict me from moving back to a “for profit” company?

I used to use whisper for my periods in India. Been in the US for 10 years now and still haven’t found a sanitary pad that does a better job. Any recommendations on good absorbing pads?
