Dual role position for a sub-specialist. It’s a very busy role that includes surgery scheduling , prior auths for surgeries and tests, referrals, returning patient calls regarding their surgeries, and to add to it, reviewing the schedules for out 2 Mds, 2 PA’s, & NP. They want everything done quickly but with also close attention to details but with absolutely no overtime. Right now I make less than I feel appropriate but it’s also more than the other clerical jobs in our corporation.

(I am currently only making 50k a year)

Tips on telling your manager you’re moving teams? For context, my old manager moved to an area I wanted to be in so he helped me to start my move there, but my skip manager is currently managing me on the old team; I don’t want to throw shade on my old/new manager bc poaching is frowned upon & he was in that department for a long time.
