To those with an anxious attachment style and have trust issues due to past childhood trauma you’re still healing from: How do you keep yourself from thinking your significant other is going to cheat on you when she/he goes to a party or out while you’re miles away? I’ve been in therapy to help, and trying to distract myself but my anxiety is keeping it from working and don’t want to put that pressure on him because I’m trying to work on it.

So something crazy happened to me last week. I was at the airport, and as usual on call after call. The check in line was going ridiculously slowly and at some point turned threw my hands up in frustration while looking around to find another place to check in. In doing so, I catch the eye of the behind me. He smiles and says something. I just sort of nod and carry on with my call. After 2.5 years of long-term relationship, I finally find a job in my boyfriend's country and able to live with him in 2 months. I am always a cat person but my boyfriend doesn't get it.
