Is Amex really worth it? My wife has a platinum card, and I have a Gold card - mostly because we used to travel a lot for work, but this has changed since COVID. Amex is increasing platinum fees to $675 a year, which would normally be a lot, but even more so when we're not using airline lounges, Uber kickbacks, travel perks, etc. nearly as much as we used to.

1) my offer letter says relocation shall be provided; is there any cap on the relocation expenses? any idea on the hotel accomodation policy for the first 2 weeks? do i have to pay and then reimburse ?
2) Also, any suggestion on a reasonable place to rent ( 2-3 bhks) nearby GDS office? how expensive is RK Puram / adjacent area?

My 19 month old has been transitioning to 1 nap for the last two weeks and she still will only sleep for an hour and fifteen minutes. Sometimes she will sleep two hours.
