Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY

EY2 - it's probably a little over. I think the recommended weight for that height is around 155. Obviously body types and muscle mass can impact what is healthy. I'd add some cardio in there too. It's pretty easy to fit a 30 minute jog into your day. Starting is the hard part.
Height and weight aren't the only factors. Need to estimate bodyfat %. 5'9, 175 can be chubby or can be pretty fit/swole for someone at ~10% BF. I'm assuming the former. Healthy weight all depends on your goals.
But for starters, HIIT a few times per week. Drink lots of water, don't eat late at night, weight lifting. You can drop a good amount of weight in ~2 months
Sounds like an appropriate weight
Cut the alcohol, bread, and salt. You'll be less bloated and see the pounds shave off slowly but surely. Salad alone will not help!
Lolll, I weigh 189 right now, same height. You're my goal weight. You alright OP
In the same boat, almost exactly. Asian, 5'9 and 175. Want to get down to 160. Keep these tips coming y'all.
Do explosive exercises, burns the most calories. Sprints and lifting heavy
Yeah unfortunately I'm Asian...
If your serious about it, keto will help you shred weight.
Hah! Same here, Asian, 5'9 and 175. Was 186 - went down to 164 (in 3 months) and now back up mid way (8 months later).. this time would like to go below 160 and sustain.
I love the bro scientists that poop on cardio. Dude, humans are built for long distance cardio. It's the only thing we are actually good at.
You are all splitting hairs. 10x better to do slow cardio than no cardio at all.
Sign up for HIIT classes and go 4 times a week. I was 175 lbs in December 2016 (5'9 as well) and now 148. Cut down all carbs from breakfast and all sugary stuff.

Really EY2? I'm 6'1 and same weight as op
Your only 6 pounds off of a healthy weight (unless you are Asian). Just gotta eat a little less and exercise more.
My SO is 5'10" 175 lbs, but it's all muscle. He even looks scrawny with clothes on. The scale only tells you so much. Had a bunch of friend have success with Keto and HIIT. Good luck, OP!
I'm 6'0 and bounce between 175-180. Remember than muscle weighs more than fat so you should focus more on eating healthy and working out than on your weight
No magic pill for this. Need to eat less and exercise more. I try to exercise 2 times while on the road and everyday at home. Lost quite a bit of weight after doing this. I also limit my alcohol intake to 3 days per week. Everyone is different though.
