Weird question, if you refer someone but quit and they get hired based on your referral. Do you get the referral bonus, I doubt it but still wondering 🤔

Nope.

The person has to be there for a minimum amount of time. This may be held against you the next time you refer someone.

Apologize, I meant if I quit not the candidate

How much is the referral bonus at EY if you bring in a Senior in Advisory?

like

Depends, we have reduced bonus rates for previous employees that successfully refer a candidate but I'm sure there is a lot of fine print involved. Can't hurt to check though.

Some companies even have an alumni referral program where you still get a bonus even if initiate the referral long after you leave

Wow the dumbest question

Anybody else over working in the rat race altogether? I’ve jumped around a few times in the last 5 years, improving my comp and aligning more to my strengths and interests, yet I’m still unfulfilled. I’m pretty much doing exactly what the last 20 years of being in consulting has prepared me for: advising clients at the highest levels - and I’m bored. I’d love to leave and take up a more creative job, but of course, that doesn’t pay the bills - anybody think of, or actually made that transition?

Need advice: have been interviewing for a strat role. Did a case in late December. Someone left the team in new year so they have to reevaluate their org structure. Recruiter and director keep reaching out to confirm interest and just spoke to director. They won’t have an answer for 2-3 weeks now but still like me. Job is still open on LinkedIn. Are they going to hire me or not?

Consultant here with ~2 YOE! In the past few months, I feel pigeonholed at my firm and being pushed more and more towards coding and RPA (Robotic Process Automation). I feel my greatest strength is my analytical work! While I definitely understand the value of automation, I feel like I can bring the most value in a BA role. Any advice/suggestions on how I can take the next step in advancing my career? Thanks in advance!
