*Weird thought* Do you see customer support as a group of faceless people or a group of caring people? Or it depends?

To me, customer service have always been a group of friendly people who've helped me endlessly with issues I've gone through. Some other times they haven't been as helpful, so to me, it really depends on what company we're talking about.

Customer service tend to seem like faceless entities to me because most of the time it's extremely obvious that they're hired outside the company. Most customer service I've dealt with has been foreign, which is even weirder because you just know they're reading things off a list, and not really helping you.

Considering I work in customer service, I see us as a group of people who always strive to help others, but for some reason people always disregard us. We're just humans trying to earn a living...

I see customer support as unlucky souls who have to deal with the worst of humanity so I always try to treat them politely

Going by how some of the customers treat our employees, I would guess most people see them as the source of all their problems

13 Partners leaving PwC to form a new company under Luke Sayers - called 'Sayers' ? Wow, does this mean there's more money to spread around at PwC ?

And to think, they called it Sayers ? Whilst some of these partners are going around calling themselves 'Founding Partners', they not only followed the leader, they couldn't even come up with an inventive name !

Perhaps they should all be called 'Following Partners'.

1. Wipro - 15 lpa (13.5 lac fix + 1.5 lac var)
2. TCS - 18 lpa (16.2 fix + 1.8 var)
3. UBS - 18 lpa fix (No var).. not considered due to support proj
