How many active channels are on your slack? I have around 50 separated by internal topics, discussions of particular account or specific project. I just had a discussion with someone who thinks it's too much and needs to be optimized more. I kind of like that I have a separate channel for separate topic. What do you think?

** long post**. I was hired as an associate for client engagement on the tech side of an IB. I’m only engaging with internal clients but our team do modelling, reporting, for internal clients. I also create pitch decks and present, again only internally. When hired I was under the impression I was entering a FO type role but I don’t believe this to be the case now. Does anyone know if this is BO, MO or non revenue generating FO? If that exists.

Anyone do anything fun in the classroom for Veterans day? At my old school parents or grandparents would come in and share but here we just had a classroom discussion about it. Want to understand what are the concerns of not meeting the utilisation rate ?(LoS: Advisory- MC). My current utilisation is way below what is expected, but the issue is that in all my projects, there's a significant amount of delay in project start, even for short projects
