Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

Meta technical solutions consultant interview prep - can someone let me know if they have gone through the technical rounds for Technical Solutions Consultant role? Can you share what to prepare for since it’s not a data science type of role so most likely not hard level MySQL questions. Any specific types of queries that I should learn? Thanks!

This is what you need to do. https://www.spineuniverse.com/conditions/sciatica/nerve-flossing-sciatica
Standing desk, weight loss, sciatic exercises.
Weight loss by swimming helped the most.
Yoga / stretching for sure
I have herniated discs and sciatica for 15 years now. Core strengthening is key. Pilates and weight training with a professional trainer (form is critical) worked for me. Doesn't make it go away - but I only get one or two episodes of back spasms a year and almost no sciatica at all. Good luck.
