Well my work gym just added Peloton and I just got my Peloton last month. I really love it so far. Not sure if I should return it now that my work gym has it? Also, I don’t plan to be with my work after summer hopefully. So maybe I should just suspend my subscription for now?

Hello! I’m only about 4 weeks pregnant, so super early. I am about to go on vacation and thankfully did a quick search on some “dos and donts” for the first trimester. I am v disappointed to see I shouldn’t do saunas and hot tubs as my vacation was really planned to be all relaxation. Anyone dealt with early second trimester miscarriage with PGT normal embryos after FET? We transferred two AA normal embryos-- one was a blighted ovum and just lost the other early in second tri. If you have, what did you do differently the next time around for more success? Getting old and just crushed at losing both our normal embryos and 6-9 months.

I’m a senior associate in BL and wondering if anyone experiences the same as me. Every morning without fail I have a panic attack, I feel flush, full of anxiety, overwhelmed, heart racing and feel like elephant on my chest.
