Hi there! I was hired at a startup to run a department, coach, manage, and to occasionally assist with enterprise accounts myself. After 10 months, I’m still in a player-coach position with continued responsibilities being added to my plate. I feel I’m unable to truly coach my team due to my own deliverables. I’d really like to start applying elsewhere, but I’ve never left a position this quickly. In your opinion, will 10 months in a role look poorly even if my other roles were 2+ years?
