I’m updating my resume and I’m wondering what HR people are actually looking for/care about? If I have had two jobs out of college (graduated 2020), should I still put down my internships? Does it matter if I put down Microsoft proficient or is that just assumed now? Does the award I earned in high school for community service matter?

Do any Agency Producers feel stuck? We are called upon to find the impossible and make it happen on time and on budget. Find the perfect vendor/collaborator to work with. Be strategic, creative and logical all the same time. But recently as things are changing I just wonder if that role will go away or morph into something else. Anyone else feeling something similar? I feel stuck because the skills don’t seem transferable.

When the company does meet and greets they ask about hobbies, I like to shoot guns, I enjoy them and have several. I don’t mention this due to stigma people have about guns. I feel that I have to hide a part of myself at work and it’s frustrating.

About to relocate to the Bay Area and need to find an apt, current TC is 300k with 180k base. For me, view and the place I live in is really important, so I would like to rent a 3.5k place I really love instead of 2k studio. What would the 1.5k delta (per month) bring to me to make me happy in the event I go with the 2k studio? I am having a hard time thinking of the happiness the additional 18k would bring to me, on top of everything I am already saving/investing.

What’s been your worst on-boarding experience ever upon starting a new job?
