How does everyone feel about the culture of working minimum 10hr days? As long as your work is completed and at a high quality, hours worked shouldn't matter. Shouldn't feel compelled to wrk 10hrs

If you transfer from one firm to another, do everyone a favor and learn your new firm's culture/ways of doing things as quickly as possible. Listen to people, even those below you, on these things. 😡

I always looked with curious eyes at what other consulting firms could offer in terms of pay, prestige and advancement, but I'm no longer curious after seeing how other firms have handled this pandemic *cough cough* Deloitte. I'm so happy to be at EY and not elsewhere. Happy I made the right choice.
