Hi, I’m looking for a Recruiting Coordinator role that’s fully remote. I’ve been looking for a couple months and have probably applied to like 500 jobs, had interviews (past recruiter screen) with only maybe 7 companies that didn’t work out. I’ve made it to the final round twice to be told I wasn’t selected due to a slight experience difference. I’ve been in Hr for 5 years and have been in this role for 1.5 years now. Is anyone hiring?

Tips for returning to work post-sickness? Whole family has been juggling RSV, flu, and Covid for awhile and I’m trying to get back to work and feel a lot of anxiety about it. I lateraled a few months ago, so I’m still on a high learning curve and don’t know the best way to approach getting back into a rhythm. Any advice for a young engineer trying to land their very first job out of college?

Doing a remote interview tomorrow for an in-house position that I really want. Invite says "[company] is a startup, so a full suit is not necessary! Business casual attire is recommended." Like I said, I really want this job, and the idea of not wearing a suit is just weird to me

Should I still wear the suit or would it be counter productive?

I remember when I first started working on my thesis project. My adviser asked me to get some funding for it, but he didn't give me any advice about how to do that. He just told me that if I wanted money for my project, I'd have to go through some kind of committee process and submit an application for funding from them. Sure enough, after weeks of writing applications and waiting around for responses from the committee members (who were always too busy), I eventually got approved for funding!
