Hi All, My Junior has decided to put paper, as she wanted to pursue Cdac course from Sept-22. She just informed that she signed a bond of 2 years and currently she has completed 1.7 years in HCL. What should she do now? Results is on 10-aug and she decided to put paper on that day itself (Earlier she told the same to Sr. manager) Kindly suggest if any action would be taken by HCL OR No experience letter would be shared with her. I’m so sorry OP, I had the same experience almost two years ago and it was honestly traumatizing. With time you’ll at least be able to fix the style but I understand how hard it is to wait
I had this happen to me when I was a sophomore in high school. They cut off 12 inches and it’s just now growing back 16 years later. I cried for weeks. I never went back.
Yes there is a mirror but, the pieces she cut at a time were no longer than an inch or two. It wasn't until I stood up that I realized how much chopping instead of trimming she was doing. She also had my hair pinned up. It's a thorough haircut, just not at all what I want.
I just need to find a way to love it, but it's hard when I can't even look in the mirror.
Do those blow dry places make you love your hair?
They do- it comes out silky and shiny. That’s a good idea to help you love it.
I literally got up from a stylist’s chair once in the middle of her cutting frenzy and said I had to be somewhere and that “I’d like to leave with SOME hair!” And then I cried all the way home. So I get that. Buuuuuut….hair down to your waist? Seems really outdated and not a fresh look. Maybe she did you a favor??
Deloitte 1 As someone with hair down to the bottom of her backside, I think you went too far with the comment.
Same thing happened to me about 15 years ago. My hair was down to mid butt, asked for 10 inches cut so I could donate it and have just past shoulder length hair but the stylist took off almost 19 inches. I was depressed for weeks.
I was so upset that I literally couldn't talk. I paid and left. Cried all the way home. My hair is just below my shoulders now. So I guess it's healthy. It's not even the style I asked for, like I wanted long layers with wispy pieces around to frame my face, and it's pretty much a straight bob. Should have saved myself 80 bucks and had my mom do it, like in middle school. At least mom would have kept the length.

Did she misunderstand you?? Genuinely curious how she confused a trim with a 18 inch cut

Wow seems like you would triple confirm before doing a big chop. She sucks. Sorry!!
:((( so rough. Sending hugs your way. I'm sure you look fabulous, but know that's not really a comfort now. Time will help you feel better hopefully!
Sorry about that. However, in time, I do think you’ll love your hair. You mentioned your hair looks healthy now. When people start to compliment you on your new hairstyle, you’ll probably see it differently and love it, and if not, by then, you are that much closer to having your long hair again.
do not forget to post a google review that future victims will know what to expect.
I’m so sorry that happened to you! I would look into ways to make your hair grow faster (oils, vitamins, etc) and try your best to style the short hair until you are to a length you are comfortable and happy with ❤️
