They are warming up. Gently stretch them. Take a break for day or two and jog the same distance and the path with the same shoes. Repeat the same for few times and if the pain persists, see a doctor.

Ibuprofen + a mid-length walk It’s counterintuitive but a good DOMS/soreness remedy is working the problem muscle group
Icing is so 1990 I’m all seriousness a hot bath with epsom salt then stretch is the best, but stretching after a hot shower helps too.
