Did the wsj pwc layoff article ever happen
Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

Wonder what’s going to happen next 🤔

You’ll see a nutritionist. Depending on your results you might start with diet to see if that manages it, if your numbers go high you might do a pill or insulin. With my dr that also means weekly ultrasounds. I had it with my first and again now with my second…it’s a lot to manage (the eating schedule/what to eat can feel overwhelming) but also doable and then for most people it goes away as soon as you give birth!
I had gd and mostly managed with it meds and I tested early.
Don’t cut all carbs, but eat smarter ones. Whole grains, veggies. Pair your carbs with protein and make sure to snack. I walked on a treadmill after lunch and dinner which helped a ton. And also helped me stay active and control weight gain.
Honestly it’s a lot of trial and error but meds are there too because you can’t always control it.
Was just diagnosed with GD last week. You’ll meet with an educator and as others have noted the schedule and testing are the hard and stressful part. The diet and foods choices aren’t that restrictive.
Unfortunately diet didn’t help my morning fasting numbers so I’m starting an evening insulin injection.
For me it also means additional growth scan ultrasounds and monitoring but my midwife isn’t concerned about preterm labor.
My friends have managed it with insulin and a proper diet and had full term pregnancies. You may be asked to see a nutritionist, and would recommend doing as they say.

Check out the prenatal nutritionist. She has meal plans for people with gestational diabetes and there’s so much more you can eat than you’d think. Totally worth the subscription fee!!!
