Definitey. High dose flu vaccines have worked well for them, and I imagine covid will be the same

like

Yeah high dose and/or serial vaccinations probably going to be necessary, at least for first versions of vaccines

I’m not friendly with medication but I think I might have to try something for anxiety.
I have tried to manage mine for years with meditation, exercise, diet, etc. I usually do pretty well.
But under stress, it can take over. And in the past couple of years I’ve woken up in the middle of the night with negative thoughts and it takes me a while to fall back asleep.
I don’t want to have to take anything on a regular basis. Any recommendations on a drug that I could discuss with my doctor?

I've been following the Supreme Court mess all weekend, and it makes me not want to live in the US anymore. 2nd year in big law but 7th year practicing (doing lit at smaller, more regional firms beforehand), and currently doing lit for the most profitable practice group at the firm. Are recruiters worth more than L&D specialists? We have a new recuiter that transferred in from another dept. & is already making more than me and has a higher comp range. We have same tenure & they have NO prev. recuiting experience. I should also add I have been helping cover recuiting in interim. I also help cover HR tasks, have my SHRM, 5 years of HR exp., and 2 degrees. Is the "value" for recruiters more than L&D? I feel a little taken advantage of, but want to know if I'm off base here.
