Crowdsourcing exit ideas. I have 20yoe in a niche area of federal environmental work but I’m also a strong consultant w/experience in management/leadership, proposals, writing, recruiting, training, strategic planning…. Recently started working with a client that does not have admin access to their own FB business account. In hopes of getting access back, I have been contacting FB support.

Now the FB rep is saying to send materials like business tax filings, cert. of formation, utility bills, article of incorporation, IDs and more.

Is this normal? Has anyone had experience with something like this. Afraid to advise sending these materials before doing my own ‘Fishbowl Research.’

I saw that one of the traffic sources for a recent YouTube video we shared is “YouTube Advertising” even though we haven’t put paid support into it. When I asked the person featured in the video if his team had anything to do with it, he said that they’ve been promoting it on YouTube with paid efforts. How is this possible? Are you allowed to promote a video through paid if it’s not on your own channel? I’m still new to the field so maybe it’s something simple I’m not getting.

Guys, my manager the social media strategist just asked me how to calculate engagement rate. This is such basic knowledge. Everyone should be asked this at the interview at this point just to check if they know it.

This has ruined my day, because this is such a small instance of how incapable she is compared to me but is still in a top position. 😶
