I'm drowning in one-off business logic or planning requests ever since the last shuffle of devs. I'm the most senior, and def know the most, but on a team where our devs wear many hats, it means that I don't get to code nearly as much as I want to.

I also feel like these one-off requests do nothing for my career, as they're not seen as valuable to anyone other than the requesters.

I’m looking to pivot my career into UX Research. Does anyone have any advice on where I should start? I’ve heard bootcamps can be good but many that I’ve seen seem to be more UX Design focused. I know having a personal portfolio is important too so any advice would be appreciated.

I did a program of 8 months in Graphic & Web design, where I learn all the basics, and two months later, I was able to find work as a junior graphic designer for 3D trophies.
