They’re getting into competition with North Monroe due to helping clients with nuclear disarmament

Careful tho, cos Southwest Monroe is undercutting the big 4 Monroes with lower fees and better client servicing.
Interviewed with them a few months ago. Said the comp was ~$150k for a senior consultant in Seattle (wayyy under market right now). I hear they have good WLB. Said they’ll reach out for a manager position but, I don’t have much faith given that even boutiques give Senior Consultants $180k around here.
It’s lower than every company I’ve spoken with. And it’s lower than my current comp.
A lot of IT. I’m hoping they changed their ways, but they were way under market with comp (my experience was ~2 years ago so may no longer be the case)
Had a horrible experience with them In college, said they were going to extend me an offer had me talk the manager and then ghosted me for like 2 months and then said “we’re still interviewing” and rejected me
Slightly less moonshine than West Virginia
Got an offer for energy team back in 2019 (coming out of target Mba), lowest offer and progression also not as good compared to B4. But apparently some folks made out like bandits with the ESOP, not sure of details. As far as work, seemed to be mostly PMO type engagements. All people were friendly, recruiting process was handled well. Good culture, just comp too low. But all of this might’ve changed in the interim.
Yikes, not as lucrative. Hope their offers are better now.
