We’ve had a lot of people leaving for Small PE consulting firms. Is anyone else noticing this?

As a current junior I received all big 4 offers: PWC and KPMG for this summer and Deloitte and EY for winter ‘22. I start work on June 13th however my winter internship offer deadlines are later this month in April. I would like to weigh my options and do internships for both this summer and winter ‘22. I have been told that I would likely receive a full time offer after this summer assuming it goes well. If I receive a full time offer I will have to accept it before winter ‘22. Need input

You didn’t hear it from me but the strike at Facebook is because a policy manager or something like that got fed up with conditions and basically cursed out the whole policy leadership all the way up to Nick Clegg and Mark Zuckerberg. Please god bless us all with the audacity.

What to do if you accidentally withdrew a job application

A friend of mine joined a smaller European company in the NYC office and raved about how wonderful work life balance was and other perks compared to US culture and values...anyone else with similar experiences? Does it really just take working for a European or Nordic company to avoid burnout and be able to live a balanced life?

I have 2 offers pending and waiting to hear back from 3 more. One company want me to start before June 11th (bonus )and waiting for me to give them an offer. Another said I can start after June 11 to collect my bonus but the commute is not that good. I told them I want to decide until I have all my offers in place.

Once I have the offers in place should I approach to the companies I like with offers I received and wait for them to give me offer then I counter or just give them my ask and see?

I currently have 5.5YOE and I got an internal strategy offer at a mid sized tech company. The package is good but my only hesitation is that my immediate boss who will be doing my performance reviews came from a T2 firm with 3YOE and he joined the company not long ago. Trying really hard not to judge the relatively low YOE but I'm a little worried it might hamper my learning and career development experience. Am I overthinking and is my head in the wrong place? Any thoughts?
