Then doesn’t get back to you for 4 hours (or at all) so I’m chained to my desk for the rest of the day waiting.

In-house job where im in the office three days a week (commuting an hour from NJ) but work 9-6, some evenings, and rarely weekends, making $450k all in (as breadwinner) OR v10 job with awesome culture and people but working quite a bit more (definitely evenings and some weekends), fully remote and get to see my 3 little kids a fair amount since im WFH and $460 (with salary increasing every year)? DO YOU JUST ASSUME THE COST OF YOUR MARKETING ACTIVITIES? I am looking to allocate their cost in the marketing budget in a way that won't rely on several layers of assumptions. How do you reliably estimate the cost of different marketing activities (email, social, web, etc) when you don't have specific people or tools allocated to each function and costs are spread across many channels?
