Me too. I think it’s because it’s much easier to get away with not working at home since nobody will see what I’m doing during the parts of the day I’m not working

As someone with ADHD... I actually find it much easier to concentrate and focus on my work in a noisy office. Go figure. I’m DYING trying to work from home and keep myself focused and on task when there’s so little going on to keep me engaged.
I’ve talked to a lot of other people who say they are so much more productive at home than in the office where they’re interrupted with chatter and people constantly walking in our view at the office. I’d find opportunities to leave my desk at work such as water, coffee, random walk breaks. Now, I just sit and power through my work for the most part.
