We’re looking at improving our Vacation/Sick program. We currently offer 10 days after 1 year of vacation and that’s where it stays indefinitely; for all positions. Plus 5 days of sick after 90 days. Need help with a formula. I’m downloading bank statements to excel and I’m trying to do a lookup so it fills in the category based on the bank description. The problem is I’m trying to use the entire bank description as my lookup value, but the table array I’m searching only has the first part of the descriptions (because the last parts are all different bank ref numbers). Hey all, I have a case which I would like your help with. Basically I am a Lead Assurance Associate with EY GDS, I left as a Lead only on Jan 21, and rejoined again as a lead Feb 22. Since I would have served quite some months as a Lead, I would consider it fair to get considered for promotion during year end appraisal. But my manager is like I can't be considered as I joined after Jan etc etc. Is it really fair to work on the same designation for 1.5 years and wait till 2023?

Hi All! I just wanted to get clarification on a point. Please clarify my doubt.
I am a full time employee of an organization. But I have an opportunity to work part time on contract basis for another organization and the timings do not clash with current work timings.
Can I take this job as well along with my current job since it does not interfere at all with my current job and it wont have any legal impact since it is on contract basis (no PF account interference)?
