I am an aspiring entrepreneur and want to start a business in future for sure. I have a few ideas but nothing concrete, or close to being a start up yet. I work in tech, but a generalist - have done sales, delivery operations etc. trying to get experience in as many areas as possible before I go on my own. I dnt know where to start the journey. Are their any books or other material I can read/reference to think and plan about my entrepreneurship journey. I m in mid 40s based in t2 city US east.

If one good thing came out of the pandemic for me, it’s that I’ve gotten really good at cooking (finally). Here’s my roasted Brussels sprouts with garlic, pancetta, lemon vinaigrette, and chili flakes.

I’m saying this because I care. If I were to go back in time, I would’ve gotten the vaccine. Please y’all get the covid vaccine. Months ago, those in my household got the vaccine and I did not due to fear to loosing a couple days of work and getting sick. A month ago, I got Covid and was hospitalized. I couldn’t breath - my oxygen level was 80. My fever was over 103. I was in so much pain. I couldn’t walk without the air tube and experienced other terrible symptoms. Covid also injured my back……

I started sitting on an exercise ball to improve my core and apparently I was subconsciously bouncing up and down during a zoom meeting. Two people pinged me asking what I was doing— I am so embarrassed😩

if anyone has recommendations for a Black personal trainer who can work with me via Zoom/virtually and knock my fat ass back into shape, please let me know!

Prefer those who may have lost their jobs due to COVID 19.

TIA! 🙏😊
