Hey everyone! I work as a PM at a startup and we have a huge marketing campaign launching and need to get all these deliverables organized. Does anyone have a tool they use or a template? I have a Gantt chart going but was wondering if anyone has something else they like to use. Hi. I am a Transition teacher in California. I would like to know what is the ratio of students to staff for community outings in your districts? I have been teaching in my district for 20+ years and it has always been 4:1 ratio for our moderate/severe transition classes. Now our director is saying it's 6:1 and I don't feel like this is safe for our students.

I'm really having a difficult time understanding how engineering is supposed to be really competitive, most of the projects I've worked on were in groups and there wasn't usually a clear "leader," we were just on a team

If my current pay is higher than the average range in my line of service & location, is it a mistake to ask for the same amount when looking for a new job e.g. $140k current vs $120k market, asking new jobs for $140k and up? I am worried about asking for too much initially, but I realize it's stupid of me not to ask for the max.
