I have a offer from wolters kluwer with 12fixed and 10% variable and 1Lpa JB and I got selected in Innova solutions as well and I came to know they have a good budget
I will be asking for 18LPA Fixed, if by chance I get it , will Wolters revise my offer letter as it being a product based company I am leaning towards them

Feeling really sad about friends I have drifted apart from despite efforts to stay in touch. My best friend from high school and I haven’t seen each other in about 4 years, I messaged her a year ago, got a nice response from her, and I tried keeping the convo going but she left me on read. Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded. For those who have obtained the CFF certification:
I was asked to put together a working plan to obtain my CFF credential. I’m aware of the 2 certificate program (Core and Specialized) through the AICPA that will lead to the CFF. Does anyone have experience in how long it would take to complete the certificates and if there are other necessary or helpful study materials that would be useful? For background, I’m 6 months into working at this firm and have touched a variety of cases.

I am currently serving notice of 2 months and left with 15 more days. Suddenly my HR contacts me that they want to relieve me in 2 days when it was agreed mutually at the time of resignation that they want me to serve full notice. I do not want an early release. What should I do now?
