I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). Let’s say I have platinum, gold clients etc. What would be the best way for me to schedule a call for them based on their profile of gold or platinum? Left MBB 2 years post Mba to pursue equivalent pay and amazing wlb in a “big old tech” strategy team (think IBM, Dell, HP). What is the key for negotiation. When I was trying to switch company in oct'21. Companies were offering me around 6LPA. That time my CTC was 3.9LPA final I joined in CTS for 7.3 fixed + 20 variable + 50k joining bonus.
