Query regarding Superannuation option in TCS.

In Infosys at JL6 and above superannuation, contribution is mandatory. Is there superannuation option in TCS and can I transfer my superannuation funds to TCS to save tax? Plz share some details. Does superannuation option in TCS applies for certain job level onwards?

I just wanna say that my head feels better since I take lion's mane extract. I stopped zoning out, I have less narrations in my head simultaneously. I can actually do tasks on almost time. If someone wants to try, it's mandatory to take vitamin c with it. It's a life changer for me. I wanted to share it.

Finally found a provider who listens and is helping me get ADHD controlled. Also diagnosed me w/anxiety. Treating w/Adderall and Wellbutrin, but she's telehealth so can't prescribe anymore. Was transfering Rx to my PCP under her guidance but my BP was high at my yearly (was a particularly stressful day at work, BP was normal the last 3 years). PCP won't coordinate care until I see a cardio. Anxious something will be wrong and I can't be treated for ADHD anymore 😩 anyone else here w/high BP?

Does ADHD have a big impact on your memory? It feels like if I don't have constant reminders set or leave notes for myself I can forget ANYTHING even if it's really important to me. I think it's making my partner feel like I don't remember the things they say or don't care to listen. What can I do?? Not on medication but if it helps with this I'd take it.

I am proud to say I finally have been diagnosed with ADHD , OCD , Depression , Anxiety and Bi polar ! My next step in my journey is finding the correct counseling and transitioning into medication

Looking for advice/input:

I’ve dealt with ADHD my entire life, although was just diagnosed last year. Throughout my career (assurance>industry>consulting), I’ve been able to “outwork” everyone else in the office to counter the lack of focus and other associated faux pas associated with the disorder. Recently have hot a point where I can’t put in the hours (3 yo/fam), and my work has taken a major hit. Anyone in consulting/assurance have any methods for managing this when it comes to PM duties?

How did you figure out you had ADHD? Official diagnosis? Or did you research the symptoms yourself first? Read a Time article this morning saying that TikTok opened a lot of peoples eyes to the fact that they have ADHD.

Does anyone else struggle immensely with cleaning/keeping things clean? I struggle with clutter.
I haven’t been able to get my apartment clean since I moved in over a year ago and it’s just a disaster.
What do you do? I can’t really afford to hire someone so I need all the info.

Are there any work accommodations or benefits that you have at your company that help you to be productive with your ADHD? For example, having your desk away from foot traffic?
