What adhd medication has worked for you best. And why? I know everyone reacts to each & every medication differently. Also do you stack it with any supplements to help with your adhd symptoms?

My daughter (17y) and I both do really well with Adderral XR. For us, Ritalin and it’s family of drugs made us almost sleepy.

Adderral has worked great for me over the best for me over the years, but with the shortage I might have to look into something else unfortunately

Adderall for me. It saved me in school multiple times. I take it occasionally when there are big projects that need a big push.

Adderall 10 mg 3x day. Very lucky first med worked for me.

Concerta 38mg is a miracle for me, zero side effects!!!

Vyvanse worked best for me when I was taking medication but I have since stopped taking medications.

Strattera helped me sleep and was very subtle, Concerta made me a crazy person, and Vyvanse seems to be working well now for the past year and a half or so.

Dexedrine > Adderall. The latter caused too many side effects due to racemic isomer effects on peripheral nervous system.

Same applies to Focalin > Concerta. That proved less effective than dexedrine in the end.

I have only tried Vyvanse and I've haven't had any side effects. I've been using it for about six months now.

Personally I have found that adderall works best for me. I have also taken wellbutrin and ritalin and they did not work for me.

I will be providing parents pan card details and will adding the same in their ITR as other oncome source.
Is there any other issue that anyone forsee and suggest for anything.

I’m currently a third year litigation associate in BL that will not hit the bonus this year due to a slow first half. Most of my hours are coming from two larger matters, and its been difficult to get staffed on new cases when those are slow. I’m contemplating a lateral move bc I am stuck/typecast on one or two matters and want to pursue a broader practice, and am not getting enough hours for good reviews/bonus/job security. Struggling with decision because I like my current firm. Any thoughts?

Got offered to go to RSM from a big four with a 40% raise and a promotion. I should make manager this round if I stay so promotion isn’t that big of a deal. Should I take it? Whew this group is a relief to find. No one at my job knows I have ADHD, and I only have one other friend with it. I manage a team of people and the stress of checking, double checking, and triple-checking everything to make sure I'm not forgetting anything or behind on anything is insane. I've kind of got the hang of keeping focus during work hours, but I'm just constantly on edge that someone will notice or I'll start falling behind.

Looking for advice/input:

I’ve dealt with ADHD my entire life, although was just diagnosed last year. Throughout my career (assurance>industry>consulting), I’ve been able to “outwork” everyone else in the office to counter the lack of focus and other associated faux pas associated with the disorder. Recently have hot a point where I can’t put in the hours (3 yo/fam), and my work has taken a major hit. Anyone in consulting/assurance have any methods for managing this when it comes to PM duties?

My ADHD has been a massive barrier for me in my career. I can’t stay at a job for more than 1.5 years.

My ADHD keeps me from being a consistently great performer. When I manage my ADHD, I am amazing. And when I fail to manage it, I fall short. And everyone then wonders why I can’t do my basic job responsibilities.
It’s frustrating. I am V qualified, talented and capable, but this thing is killing me. Everyone I know is getting ahead and I’m constantly struggling even though I’m ambitious.
