Thoughts on compensation? Have an offer that is less in salary than what I wanted (it’s on par with what I currently make) but the annual bonus is quite a bit more. I got them to go up a very small amount in salary. They couldn’t do more than that but said they could make up the difference with annual bonus (increase it to a higher percentage).
