Cleaner recommendations in LES/Chinatown area?
It has been 2+ weeks since I completed the Interview & Psychometric Assessment rounds with Macquarie Group , but yet to hear anything from them. I also followed up with HR but with no response. For the record, the interview went well. Any idea if they usually take this amount of time to get back? If I got rejected, why not communicate directly?

It really depends on their coping mechanism. People I know who cannot handle high stress situations or time crunch scenarios are usually incredible planners to compensate. They would probably make a good project manager. As long as they go through their syllabus and manage their time with assignments well, I think they'll do fine.
I'm the same, I have terrible ADHD and I tend to procrastinate to a fault. I barely got my degree. Once I entered the workforce, my ADHD proved to be a huge boon with the development type of work I did. I would get hyperfocused and solve those tough issues that no one else could.
Start training Jiu-jitsu
I couldn't tell if you were joking at first but hoped you weren't. Yes, physical activity is an awesome stress reliever and I was going to suggest going for a run. Jiu-jitsu is a better option though because there are really defined rules and a lot of engineering types function well in highly defined parameters.
Most engineering programs are highly demanding as a given, so you should internalize that sometimes you're not going to be able to avoid it and that's okay because you're not the only one who will be going through it. Make friends with your classmates, the sense of camaraderie made the tough times easier for all of us and we were all willing to help each other when struggling with a particular class
Also, there's going to be a learning curve to discovering how to manage your stress. It'll take time to find out what works best for you. Maybe you have to start on your HW a week ahead of the due date and attend every office hours for a particular class and that's okay
How bad we talking? Crippling or manageable?
My advice would be to seek out a program that better fits your personality and skill set. There are many different types of engineering degrees out there, so you should be able to find one that is more suited to you and help you manage your stress levels
Even if it's hard for you, it's not impossible to learn to manage stress, so don't hesitate to study engineering if you really want to. Exercise, meditation, hobbies, there are many ways to manage stress without dying trying.
Nobody copes with stress all that well :) It depends on the cause though. If it's time crunch stress, then sticking to a schedule can help. Interpersonal stuff, I'd suggest joining a club or networking group to improve their skills. Engineering isn't always high stress. Just... a lot of the time. LOL.
