Making sure I got his good side
We need more teachers down here in AZ! If you're in the area, or moving to the area, or even thinking about moving to the area (😅) feel free to check some of these out and apply. I would recommend going through the schools website, but there are multiple schools hiring! Cannot provide referrals, can provide recommendations for a good place to get a drink to celebrate your new job.

Get your grammar right! Reduce the parentheses.
A few things I've noticed people who are quite green/new doing:
1. Poor email etiquette (eg removing people from CC, bad spelling, not responding to urgent emails in a timely fashion, not writing with the appropriate audience in mind)
2. Not keeping on top of tasks/commitments and having to be reminded about things they agreed to do
3. Being afraid to speak up and say they don't know/understand something or that they won't be able to meet a deadline that's coming up
Pick an airline and a hotel brand and stick with them. Lifetime status is the bomb!
1. There is a learning curve. Hang on, learn, you will be fine.
2. Happiness depends on the team and the person you directly work with. Try sticking with good accounts and team members. You will thank me later.
3. You will work with toxic people. It’s ok - projects eventually end.
4. Always think about performing at the next level.
5. Small things like providing context while talking, in emails etc. including triple checking grammar and spelling will go a long way.
6. When submitting work for review - assume its your final work product. Perfect it - no matter how many times the word draft is thrown about by your superiors.
7. Clients pay a lot for your time - respect and deliver that worth.
8. Always ask questions when unsure about the task then over deliver.
9. Commit to your project till the very end. Even if you roll off the project.
10. Frequently ask for feedback. Not informally but setup an invite.
11. Flexibility is a two way street
12. Respond to communities in a timely manner. As a junior member try to respond nights and weekends. Typically you will not be assigned critical tasks so responding off hours may be ok.
13. Think before responding. Even if you know the answer - think.
14. Be respectful. Lots of younger recruits use cuss words etc. Be better than that.
I am sure there is more but enjoy the ride and remember - it’s a job. You are not saving lives.
Quit now. Find a respectable job like pimp or drug dealer.
