Hi Fishes,
I am not satisfy with the project tech stack and project itself in FIS Global . I recently joined in mid February and thinking to resign now.
If I give resign and serve notice period of 1 month as per the mentioned in appointment letter then FIS Global will give me the Relieving letter or not ???
I am so worried to take relieving letter that FIS will give or not as I didn't start actual work and since 1.5 months only just getting KT trainings on product.
Kindly suggest

I think most creatives are freelancing by 50. My guess is a lot of CCOs/ECDs are too insecure to hire people full time who are older than they are.
I hope that with so many people working from home, ageism will become less of a thing, at least for freelancers. Agencies will just hire reliable people who can get the work done effectively and efficiently and be less worried about who looks cool walking around the office.
It depends completely on the individual. if you keep yourself current and consistently do great work, you shouldn’t have to worry about being pushed out.
also, alot of the younger crop of creatives don’t have to the same drive as prior generations.
I’m making a plan to get out by 40, if you think creatives don’t have a long shelf life in this industry you should try being in production or worse project management.
Depends on whether you’re a man or a woman. As a woman I’m not counting on much past 45 except becoming some sort of “freelance consultant” and hoping my spouse does well.
I'm 44 and still killin it. All depends on the mindset and the work. You have to evolve and learn to stay relevant.
Over 40, creatives seem to be either a CD+ or a freelancer.
And while agism exists, I think there’s also an element of burnout.
