Probably none will actually be able to, considering the following:
✔The Fifth Circuit has STAYED Biden's unconstitutional OSHA order.
✔In its ruling, the Circuit court used language citing "grave statutory and constitutional" issues with the OSHA rule.
✔Justice Alito is assigned to this court.
✔This does not bode well for the OSHA rule passing muster with SCOTUS for actual implementation.

BAH. but this far, there had not been an overreaching federal government effort on the books. Now there is. Will make for fascinating case law.
I'm still confused how this can be required when there are HIPPA Laws???

It’s HIPAA, and HIPAA is not applicable to your employer. It only applies to healthcare providers. Your employer is legally allowed to request and verify your vaccination status.
So they won’t enforce the vaccine mandate that saves millions of lives but don’t you dare use spray mount inside. Got it.
