What agency is the best for travel nursing recruiters?

Hi all,
I’ve recently transitioned from Travel Customer Service role (8 YOE) to Analyst in the same LOB. Earlier I resolved travel queries through calls/emails, but now my role is to analyse travel spending on Amex cards. Now I want to remain in analysis field and grow. I currently only use SQL, Power-BI and MS-Suite. What should I learn further? Which tools or is there a course I should do? I’ve only done Graduation and thinking of doing PGDM in Data Analytics or BI.
Any suggestions?

What is class of travel policy at EY?

I had 60 day late payment of 35 bucks in Jan. It was new Amex Hilton card I opened for stupid points. It was reported and my credit score had been consistently dropping from last 6 months. It was 780 and now is 735. I realized this 3 months and been paying my credit card bills immediately. Infact I have overpaid each card to have negative balance so my credit utilization is almost zero. What else I can do to repair the damage. Bad United experience - how do I get points

- Premier platinum member
- Was flying EU to US on points and 20+ business seats available
- they messed up and didn’t put my on the upgrade list
- online help desk told me to ask flight attendant
- flight attendant was super rude and told me to book business class if I want an upgrade lol
- submitted complaints but they just told me they will try to do better 🥲

Our company usually does performance evaluations in June of each year. Our pay philosophy is not clear. We usually give a COLA in January each year, somewhere around 2% and if an employee performed well, they get above the 2%. I have suggested we change our process to have a clear pay philosophy with increases tied to performance, with goals tied to overall goals of the organization. What is your process? Are you doing performance evals during COVID?

I've been working with a newly established consultancy business. Until now I've been paid day rates or project rates.
I've been invited to lead, build and manage the HR consultancy.
What are reasonable fee structures?
1. If they source work and give it to me to complete, what is a fair percentage?
2. If I source work and complete it, what should I 'pay' them given that it's under their 'brand'?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Do most Dev teams have a bonus structure in addition to their base? If so, what metrics is this bonus based off of?
Or do the Engineers just get a higher annual raise than other depts?
