I’ve been a general manager for a convenience store for almost 2 years now. I have raised profit after variable expenses by 13% compared to last year, and exceeding budgets in almost every category except for turnover. I got an 11% raise last year, but still only make $55k. My store profits about 17k a month on inside sales, and 160k a month in fuel. I think I deserve more, but I don’t know how to ask for it, and don’t know how to begin a job search aside from indeed. Any advice?

Since, client follow banking holidays, do I need to go to office on odd Saturdays?
If I do not go will that affect my notice period?

I had a technical interview at capegemini.
Following that an amcat exam has also been conducted.
Post which i was asked to mail the official documents including last 3months salary slips, marksheets, present company offer letter.
I got an email that onboarding team will be contacting me.
But i didnot recieve any updates after this.
By when can I expect an offer letter or any updates on this?

I did not get any update of the TCS technical interview held on last week. It is the process? Should I need to follow up with recruiter? Can I trace it with EP number ?

It's been 3weeks, when I check with HR they just tell we have sent for approval. And in the tcs portal the application status is "Evaluation in process". Can some please suggest.
