The job role for which I am selected is Business Technology Solutions Associate (BTSA). I always wanted to work in core technical and I understand that the BTSA role does not offer that. So my question is how different the job role BTSA is as compared to a Software Developer with regard to type of core work? And can one change his role from BTSA to a Software Developer in ZS?
