I am working as Lead hand (managing 6 people) in Current work making 50k a year in Canada
I have Finished Six sigma Green belt & after adding that on Resume along with 5 years of Warehouse experience, i got few interviews & was offered around 60k a year
Currently i am about to give CSCP (Certifed supply chain professional) exam.
What Base salary should i expect after getting Certified & 5 years of exp in Warehouse/operations/Management role?

Is there anything wrong with just investing in multiple ETFs instead of specific stocks? I have daily investments for 4 ETFs that cover different sectors. I haven’t done well with stocks and ETFs cause me less heartburn in general.

Hey everyone. This is potentially a silly question. In regards to a PE/VC exit from consulting, does it matter if your DD experience is pre or post LOI signing? Is one more relevant/valuable experience than another?

What are the cons of joining a small fund (1-2bn aum) with less than stellar performance and that has not raised new fund since 2015 as an associate

Stupid question. In the H&S salary report, are the splits by size of the fund based on the fund itself or the PE firm? For example, Blackstone has 800b+ aum but any specific fund within Blackstone manages something less like let’s say it’s a $30b fund or a new fund that’s only raised $2b so far? Would the salary report be based on the company level aum or the specific fund (even if it’s a brand new fund that hasn’t raised much within a larger firm)? My guess is the latter or somewhere between.
