Facebook (Meta) Hey there! I’m interested in applying for the Rotational Product Manager role at Facebook/Meta. I’m currently working as both a Senior CSM and a Product Specialist at a Health-Tech company. Would anyone be willing to offer a referral (I feel weird making this post, but, he we are haha). Happy to chat if needed. Appreciate your help :)

Yeah makes sense.
I've seen post-MBA consultants become Business Operations Managers after 2 years of consulting.
2 years out of undergrad, you'll want to look for Associate / Senior Associate or Analyst / Senior Analyst titles depending on the company.

Also curious about this, how technical are they expecting you to be in these types of roles? I know that SQL is usually a requirement and I know more than a beginner level but I am nowhere near an expert, and I want to continuously practice but hard to gauge how much I actually need to know
If you are already ok at sql, it really should not be that difficult to just practice and get better at it. There’s only so much until you’re “advanced” at sql. Just practice until you’re pretty comfortable at window functions. Sql may not even be required for the roles you’re going for, but if it is then you can easily check it off
