What are chances of getting into advisory at a top 10 firm? I have 5 years of audit experience at local cpa firms, made it to supervisor. Before that, 1 year of corporate accounting experience at a small manufacturing company. Would like to make the switch, not sure if it's possible.

Is it worth jumping from Lincoln to a EB/BB if my goal is to break into PE or even growth equity? I’ve been looking at LinkedIn and while exits exist they aren’t as ubiquitous as those from EB/BBs.

Anyone have advice on how to graciously leave a very small law firm? I’m the only full time associate and feeling guilty about leaving. Are alternative investments a good area to get started in? I’m making a career change from insurance and like asset management, possibly at Northern Trust.
