Thanks, not interested in starting my own practice. Any thoughts on PWM or family office and how it would compare to B4?

P1, can you elaborate on why career progression is limited in family offices?

Have any vets here been able to join MBB at the post-MBA level with only an undergraduate degree? I have anecdotally heard of this being done before, however the person who made it happen was an officer. For context, I'm a prior enlisted SOF vet with a little under 10 years of service currently finishing a summer BA role with M. The difference in comp between BA/A/AC and ASC/Consultant is staggering, so I'm wondering if the possibility is there before I sign a full time offer as a BA with M.

I changed firms at the start of this year and it hasn’t been a good cultural fit. Recently got an industry job offer that seems to align much better with my interests and wants me start right away. No clue if all the firms are like this right now, but going into q3 they're literally pulling all my staff as a manager because the staff have too much work. So basically, do everything on your own they tell me. Probably not getting reviewed either. Also they're unlcear on the vaccine mandates. It's like slave for us and we promise to not to be open and honest about whether you're gonna keep your job. I'm not even mad about if they mandate, but be clear! This place is so bad. I'll probably quit.
