For those in M&A tax, do any of you see your teams continuing to allow WFH after the pandemic? Trying to get an idea of whether WFH is frowned upon or more accepted in M&A.

I recently accepted an offer (company X) for Aug 1. Com X (big company) is a media planning role (same title I have now: Senior associate), but in a different media type & pays $10K more ($70K). However, I had also applied to PM roles and had no luck with getting any callbacks until recently.

Com Y, is small (<100 employees) but pays $80K+. Would it be weird to take an offer and then leave (if I get the com y job)?
