What are good agencies in San Francisco?

Insight please - I was told by a colleague that as a Director, HRBP and number 2 to the CPO that I should be salaried at 135-150k (atl) + 20% bonus + stock.… am I underpaid? what are other Director of HRs making? how far off am I?

I tend to find gay guys in big cities (SF, LA) are less attractive than small towns (like SLC, Denver). Is it just me or everyone?
