Co-Founder here. I have 25% of the company, and the other 2 cofounders have 10% and 65%. The 10% cofounder hardly does anything anymore. The 65% co-founder still seems dedicated and I think it’s largely because of sunk costs (this person put in most of the money). I don’t believe in the startup anymore, which seems to be a good indication it’s time to quit. Any advice for quitting and leaving your company in an even worse state as a result? Thanks 🙏

I’m at a Career crossroads.

I never got really good at one trajectory and was always that early hire that “wears many hats” and does “all the things”. I find my self stuck in this temp role where I’m just really good at holding things together until the startup gets their structure together. I’ve automated or phased myself out of most of my roles. I also run event management company on the side but it’s very unstable.
