Anyone here Jamaican?
Larsen & Toubro Guys , Please advice me on below scenario. Suppose we have offer of Company A of 10 LPA ,later we receive call from Company B then they will ask Do you have Offer in-hand? Now my question is , do we need to tell them that I have offer OR let all the round get complete ?
Thought behind asking this question is, in first call if we tell them that I have offer then they might not go with next rounds.

You need someone confident. I'm all for giving everyone their fair shot, but every time I've hired the quiet/introverted/obedient seeming candidate I've had more communication issues than ever. To be direct a candidate has to believe in themselves and be willing to take up space but also know when to fall back and wait for direction. It takes a confident person to make those decisions on the fly
Someone who offers up support beyond the expected responsibilities e.g. "I do this, however I can also do this other stuff. And any time they say theyre willing to learn if there's an area you need support in e.g. "I don't know thus system but I'm willing to go learn about it"
Another green flag is them talking to you about expectations and how to work with you - e.g. checking if text or email or teams pings are better, what to prioritize (it shows a diligence around working style and an ability to determine how to prioritise without assuming).
I worry about seeing too many jobs…longevity in a position or company is a green flag for me
Someone who doesn’t think you’re that important nor takes you too seriously. As P1 says, that’s very likely to be a very confident person.
