What are healthy sources of calorie dense foods? I’m trying to clean bulk and getting ~3400 healthy calories into me every day is a chore. I feel stuffed all the time

Do you already make your own gainer shakes? If you’re avoiding dairy, add full fat coconut milk (in the can is usually cheapest —> Arroy-D I think is a good one), peanut butter (or a ‘cleaner’ nut butter), a little cocoa powder, and then blend & chug.

While it’s less bulky than other foods, the difficulty is that fat is incredibly satiating, so your best bet is to chug whatever calorie dense things you can find before the leptin is triggered.


Only shakes I’ve been doing are whey and Milk immediately after a workout along with “natural” peanut butter and banana sandwich.
I try to snack on mixed nuts for most of my fat content.
I’ve been managing to just get to my goals each day but by the time I get to dinner I just look at my food and think “do I really have to eat more?"


Gainer shakes are easiest in my opinion. Whether you make your own as WM1 posted or just buy the powder.

D. Gym etiquette question - I was in the weight room of my gym and a girl was on a machine for at least 15 min, most if which time she was just sitting on her phone. Anyone familiar with PT, or previously coming off of shoulder and/or calf muscle injuries? Looking for some good strengthening exercises. My shoulders have been bad for the last few years (played D1 tennis). Both are bad though, sometimes on both sides the shoulder randomly pops out of place and there’s a tearing sound periodically Have a full ROM. for my calf, I ruptured my plantaris tendon and tore some muscle 8 months ago. Hi! Does anyone have experience training from a beginner to running a 5K?
