We do not get 26 weeks. We have 5 or 7 weeks STD depending on delivery type plus 16 paternal leave. You can always add on PTO, but our policy is definitely not 26 weeks. I took around 25 weeks combined with the leave and PTO.

Compared to the vast majority of US workers B4 employees do have good parental benefits. Compared to most of the developed world as US parental benefits suck
