Deloitte has 16 week maternity leave, 6-8 short term disability, and plus any PTO you want to add on, those are the paid leave. And I think you can take unpaid if your tenure is one year. I’m now in leave myself and it’s gonna be 6 months (I requested 25 days PTO to use). I’m very happy about our policy.
That’s awesome Deloitte does that! And congrats to having a baby and the promotion! 😊
Kpmg is 10 weeks of short term disability- 4 weeks prior to due date and 6 weeks post partum. An additional 6 weeks of paid parental time off through KPMG that u can take consecutively with STD or whenever within the first year after child’s birth.
PwC has 2 weeks pre-partum, 6 weeks post partum short term disability leave, plus 8 weeks of family leave. You get an additional 2 weeks of short term disability leave for multiples or c-section. And the first 4 weeks back are at 60% capacity for full pay.

I used my director sabbatical and all my vacation and that got me 6 months off with my first. Second kid - no such luck LOL.
PwC has the worst maternity leave compared to the other 3
What's EY maternity policy OP?
Wow EYs leave policy sounds pretty good. Kpmg it’s 100% of your pay for the 4 weeks before due date, 6 weeks post partum and 6 weeks of paid parental leave:
Additional, there is short term disability of 2 weeks before your due date.

It sounds like Deloitte > EY > KPMG > PWC?
